"Honey, I'm back!" Ruan Jianan shouted while changing his shoes, his voice full of energy. However, there was no cheerful response from Lin Yanan as usual in the living room. Lin Yanan raised her head, her eyes full of grievance and helplessness. Her eyes were red, tears kept sliding down her cheeks and dripping onto her bulging belly. Her lips trembled slightly, but she didn't say a word, just kept sobbing.

Ruan Jianan suddenly panicked. He reached out his hand and gently wiped away the tears on Lin Yanan's face. "Honey, don't be like this. I'm worried about you. Are you feeling unwell? Or did something happen?" There was a slight tremor in his voice, and his heart felt like it was being gnawed by millions of ants.

Lin Yanan still didn't say anything, just kept shaking her head. Ruan Jianan became even more anxious, he stood up and paced back and forth in the room, "Yanan, tell me quickly, what's wrong? Is there something I did wrong?" He kept rubbing his hands together, and beads of sweat appeared on his forehead.

After a long while, Lin Yanan finally spoke. Her voice was hoarse and low. "I feel so ugly, my figure is out of shape, and I can't do anything. I hate myself now." After saying that, she couldn't help crying again.

Ruan Jianan was relieved after hearing this. It turned out to be because of this. He walked to Lin Yanan, squatted down again, and held her hand. Ruan Jianan nodded firmly, "Of course it's true. Look at your belly, our baby lives inside, it's the most beautiful curve in the world," he gently stroked Lin Yanan's belly.

Lin Yanan's mood stabilized a little, but she was still a little depressed. Ruan Jianan decided to take her out for a walk to relax. They came to a nearby park, which was shaded by green trees and filled with the fragrance of flowers.
