Chapter 474 - 473: Faking a Relationship for Hype

Bella Acker couldn’t understand why he suddenly brought up work-related matters.

She shook her head and said, "Brother Sutton, thank you for your high regard, but I don’t have any plans to switch work studios for now."

"Have you thought about a fake romance with Archer before your work releases? It could be a shortcut to fame for you," Brother Sutton’s expression suddenly turned a bit sharper. "If you’re willing, we can cooperate on this end."

Bella was stunned by his words, thinking he misunderstood, and quickly explained, "Brother Sutton, Archer and I are just friends. I’ve never thought of using his popularity to promote myself. I haven’t thought about fame, I just want to work and earn money properly."

"Ms. Acker, you might have misunderstood. I’m not saying you should use Archer’s popularity for self-promotion. I genuinely suggest you consider a fake romance with Archer," Brother Sutton said, rubbing his forehead. "Not sure if you’ve heard, but since Archer is thirty and hasn’t dated, people are starting to speculate if he’s gay. It’s affecting his reputation and image. So the company plans to orchestrate a romance for Archer. It’s not real, just rumors for netizens to speculate on. Since we’re doing this, why not find a reliable female artist? You yourself said you’re good friends with Archer, yet you won’t help him with this favor?"

If it were just organizing a fake romance to maintain Senior Quinn’s image, Bella would of course be willing to help. But her current relationship with Damian is strained and unresolved. Plus, Damian is possessive and prone to jealousy. If he misunderstood her relationship with Senior Quinn, it would only make things worse.

Bella thought about it and said, "Brother Sutton, is there really no one else suitable?"

"After weighing the options, we think you are the most suitable," Brother Sutton affirmed.

Bella paused, "Please let me think about it, okay?"

"No problem." Brother Sutton nodded, then changed the subject, "It’s cold outside, you should head back to the room. I’ll smoke a cigarette and be there soon."

"Okay." Bella went back to the room first.

Brother Sutton watched her back and sighed, muttering to himself, "Archer, if she agrees to a fake romance, maybe you could make fake feelings turn real. Alas, I can only help you this much."

Bella had no idea about Brother Sutton’s intentions. After returning to the VIP room, she first went to the private bathroom to wash off the blood stains from her body, then took off her coat and called Judy Zimmerman to bring some clothes to the hospital.

After handling those, she let Judy go back to rest and stayed in the room to wait for Archer Quinn to wake up.

Brother Sutton had many things to deal with, so after instructing the assistant to take good care of Archer Quinn, he left first.

The assistant checked the time, it was already past ten at night, and since Bella hadn’t eaten anything, they went out to buy dinner.

The VIP room was left with only Bella.

She sat by the bed, gazing absently, lost in thoughts, eventually falling asleep on the bedside.

Archer Quinn opened his eyes to see her asleep by his bedside, her brows furrowed as if burdened with worries.

"Brother Quinn..." The assistant, seeing he was awake, stepped forward.

Archer gestured to him to be quiet.

The assistant lowered his voice to a whisper, "I’ll get the doctor."
