Transcending the Magic Era: The Supreme Female Archmage

Chapter 134 The Black Market Emerges

Chapter 134 The Black Market Emerges

After reporting to the war zone with a blank expression, Cui Shaoming drove his own magic flying car to the black market.

Along the way, he thought about the miserable fate he might face while plotting how to take final revenge on Chu Qiuchi and Ji Moyu.

Completely unaware that as soon as he left the war zone, a small, concealed magic flying car silently followed behind him.

In the Third War Zone, Auster received a message from his subordinate, and a glint of light flashed in his eyes, his face showing delight.

Seeing this, Oscheng couldn't help but ask, "Brother, what makes you so happy?"

Auster's smile faded, his eyes narrowed slightly, his gaze deep and unfathomable. "It's the black market. The message my third sister sent last time said that person has made a move, and my men have already secretly followed them."

"Congratulations, brother, we finally have some news." Oscheng said with relief. "These cunning rats, hopefully we can find their hiding place this time."

Auster nodded slightly, his tone solemn, "Second brother, please tell Uncle that I need to take men to track them down immediately." As he spoke, he clenched his fist, "This time, I will definitely wipe this disgusting place out completely."

Oscheng looked at him with some worry, "Big brother, why don't I go with you?"

“No need, don’t you trust me?” After saying that, Auster patted his shoulder, turned around and strode out.

Upon arriving in Fran, Cui Shaoming deliberately circled around several times before carefully parking his flying car in a secluded corner. After storing the car, he looked around to make sure the surroundings were safe before quickly entering a shop in the city called Shuhuazhai.

"Hello, please provide a black reflection."

The shop assistant glanced at him and silently led him to the VIP room upstairs. Cui Shaoming took a deep breath and gently turned the lion figurine on the bookshelf with his fingers.

With a mechanical sound, the wall slowly parted, revealing a dark and cramped passageway.

He stepped inside, and the wall immediately returned to its original state.

Keep going down the stairs until you reach the end, and you'll see a small door.

Pushing open the door, you're greeted by the legendary black market. Here, with enough money, you can buy almost anything. The black market opens once a week on Wednesdays; however, to enter, you must first receive an invitation.

Black market invitations are non-transferable and do not allow guests to be brought in. Each invitation will specify a different address, and once everyone has arrived, a designated person will lead them inside.

Anyone entering the black market must be blindfolded and must not reveal any information about the black market after leaving; otherwise, they will be hunted down by the black market.

Some people didn't believe in superstitions, and as a result, their whole family was "set off with fireworks".

That's why, over the years, Auster has never been able to find a trace of the black market.

When Auster arrived, Cui Shaoming had already been inside the black market for quite some time. The person responsible for tracking him quickly reported back to Auster, and upon learning that he hadn't come out after going in, Auster understood the situation. Shortly after, the Royal Guard arrived, led by Captain Puyang Mingche.

"Your Highness, the manpower is ready. Please give your instructions," Puyang Mingche said, bowing.

Austin nodded, then turned to look at the calligraphy and painting studio not far away, a cold smile curling at the corner of his mouth.

"Very good, surround the shop first, don't let a single fly out. Everyone else go in and search, I don't believe they can grow wings and fly away. Also, are the arrangements for other places ready? If they show their faces, kill them."

"Your Highness, please rest assured, all arrangements are in place."

"Do it!"

At Auster's command, the Imperial Guards immediately surrounded the entire calligraphy and painting shop. Seeing this, the surrounding shops quickly closed their doors, fearing they would be caught in the crossfire.

Without the slightest hesitation, he stepped into the store, followed closely by Puyang Mingche and his guards.

Upon entering the store, Puyang Mingche quickly instructed his men to subdue the store owner and employees, and then began searching the place.

Auster glanced at the shop owner and employees who were bound hand and foot with anti-magic chains and said coldly, "Are you going to confess on your own, or do I need someone to add something to your story?"

The shop owner's expression changed, and he said nervously, "Your Highness, we are just an ordinary shop. What do you want us to explain? Even if you are a prince, you can't bully us common people like this!"

Auster sneered at the shopkeeper's excuses, "Looks like you won't learn your lesson until you hit a brick wall! Do you think I would have taken action if I didn't have solid evidence? If you don't want to talk, then don't."

After saying that, he gestured to his men to gag them and then walked upstairs.

The shop was small, and in no time, Puyang Mingche and his men searched every room, but found nothing.

He paused, his brow furrowed slightly, and instructed again, "There should be a secret passage. Don't miss anything in the room; search it thoroughly again."

Finally, one of the team members discovered the entrance to the secret passage while searching the VIP room. Upon learning of this, Auster quickly went to investigate.

Looking at the dark passage before him, Auster's eyes darkened. "Gather the men and come in with me."

As he spoke, he went in first, and just then he ran into people who came from the exit to check the situation.

"Something's wrong, third brother, go pull the alarm!" One of them turned and ran, preparing to press the alarm button at the exit.

Seeing this, Auster quickly gave chase, and the other two tried to intercept them, but Puyang Mingche immediately led his guards to engage them.

As Auster ran, he drew his staff and activated the skill—Frost Trap. The person running ahead suddenly faltered, his speed drastically reduced. Before he could react, Auster's frost arrow was already fired, aimed straight for his throat, killing him instantly.

“Beastmen?” Auster murmured, his eyes blazing with anger as he looked at the fallen crystal cores on the ground.

As he stepped into the black market again, his pupils constricted sharply, and the underground world before him shocked him.

Inside, palaces stood like a forest, arranged in a harmonious and orderly fashion, their exquisite architecture rivaling that of royal palaces. In the center of the black market stood a small tower, its top adorned with a massive luminous pearl, its dazzling light illuminating the entire underground space.

After dealing with the other two, Puyang Mingche and the others quickly caught up. Upon seeing the scene before them, they were all stunned and unable to suppress their shock.

The guards in the black market quickly discovered their uninvited arrival and surrounded them.

The two sides quickly engaged in fierce combat, with flashes of magical skills constantly appearing in the air and deafening roars echoing throughout.

The commotion outside quickly alerted the black market's master. The messenger who had entered the palace to deliver the message was instantly killed before he could finish. The man, his eyes gleaming with bloodlust, strode out.

"Who do we have here? It's our famous Crown Prince! You've come here so urgently, is it to continue what you didn't finish back then?"

Upon hearing this, Auster turned around, a cold glint in his eyes. "You're the master of this black market? You beast from the Aris Forest, how dare you swagger around on human territory?"

Their eyes met, and a battle was about to break out.
